NOT ABOVE THE FROST LINE NOW

Living Above the Frost Line has been my site for going on eight years. I almost lost it. Blogger and Google and G mail and Yahoo seem to be making it extra hard  for some of us to stay on line. Most of my friends have quit computers. O-kay, I am still on line, but don't hold your breath.

I feel the fight going out of me more each day. It is just too hard.

Still, I was able to work the entire month of January, and I got a lot of writing done. I sent out some poems and stories to magazines.

Most of all of this day was spent begging Blogger and Google and Yahoo to let me have my accounts back.

But, being honest, my dear writing friends, there is no better time for a writer to write than in Winter. As soon as I secure my "stuff" I will be back into the novel and the poems.

Meanwhile, I hope your writing time is smoother than mine.

Glad you are back online, Nancy. I always read your blog when you have a new post. Perhaps some blog instructions would be helpful. We could barter. Your help with a chapbook for my help with your blog?
Some of our local writers have needed help in "how to leave a comment" on a blog and I have helped them individually. Perhaps we have enough to have a small class on using a blog and commenting on a blog.

What do you think?

Hi Glenda, I do want to learn more but cannot attempt it at this time. My computer crashes several times a day and first, before I do anything, I must get a Mac Technician to help me. ( I have the name you and Joan and Glenda Barrett game me.) After I get this machine working, I am going to get things inside my computer organized. Then, in spring, I plan to buy a new computer and hopefully will be ready to transfer what I want to keep to the new one. Then, If I am
still alive, (hahah) I will be ready to learn how to have a better blog.No one reads it now. I'm not concerned about it now anyway. I have a lot on my mind now. I do want to help you and will when I can.
